Uncovering the Fish Conspiracy (Scholastic Experience Post)

Going to the Scholastic Exhibition and seeing everyone's artwork was super exciting. After seeing the artwork there, I can definitely understand what kinds of artwork the judges preferred: mostly larger-scale objective work with bright colors. This makes sense considering how quick their judgement process was. Even with those similarities, each piece had its own unique identity, and each artist in the gallery was still able to show their distinct art style and express themselves. I also took note of the artists who I was particularly inspired by, and it's crazy to believe that these people are high schoolers like me. Overall, the pieces were very interesting, and going there makes me inspired to make more art.
There were also a lot of pieces with fish. Like, a good 30% of them had fish in it, so we think that one of the judges was secretly a fish.
